Observation

2)c) There was a cord accessible to children in the living room, a speaker sitting on the floor was plugged in to an outlet near the fireplace. The cord was long and was not secured in any way to prevent it from being capable of forming a loop that could go around a child's neck. 2)d) There were plastic bags that were opened and partially full of diapers in the tub in the bathroom. The plastic bags were accessible to children. Soiled clothing was placed in a plastic bag in a child's cubby drawer in the licensed room across from the bathroom, the cubby drawers are accessible to children when they are in that room. 3)g) There was a riding toy in the outdoor play area with a plastic seat that had cracked and was missing some plastic on the edge. There was a plastic toy in the toy box that had been chewed on by the dogs and was not in good condition.
